Chocolate Nutella Fudge with Sea Salt

This is only my second attempt at making fudge and it has me wondering why I don't do this more often.  Actually, I know why, because it's really sweet and chocolately and I shouldn't be making and eating this all the time.  But, for a quick and easy dessert after a delicious dinner with friends, it makes sense and was perfect.  The Nutella was subtle and the sea salt on top was just enough of a contrast for the sweet chocolate.
