Recipe: Black Bean and Avocado Tostadas with Queso Fresco and Crema

I'm not sure why I'm even calling this a recipe.  This is just a list of ingredients to buy, put together, and eat.

These tostadas are one of my favorite things in the world to eat. I stick with the simplest and quickest ingredients:  store bought tostadas and canned black beans.  If you are so inclined, I suppose you could fry or bake your own tostadas and make your own batch of beans and refry them, which would make this dish even better!  Use a ripe avocado and slice or mash it up.  And of course, drizzle crema and queso fresco on top.  Sprinkle with sea salt, and enjoy!
